- a living room of 30 m² including a fully fitted and equipped kitchen area (induction hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker)
- a dining area with a table and 6 chairs
- a living room with a sofa bed (sleeping 2 people) and television,
Upstairs:
- 2 attic rooms (good height under ceiling) of 13 m² equipped with beds in 140 + storage
- 1 shower room + toilet.
Outside:
In front of the house, a garden equipped with a table and 6 chairs, very nice to take your meals in the shade of 2 plane trees
- 2 private parking spaces are allocated to this accommodation
We offer as an option:
cleaning, a 70 euros package
and linen (price on request upon reservation)
Our pet friends are welcome with a supplement of 20 euros for holidaymakers who take the cleaning option.
Located in Lanton, a small town on the Bassin D'Arcachon, La Maison d'Irma is 5 minutes from the Bassin de baignade, a seaside swimming area with a pleasant sandy beach where young and old alike can enjoy a safe swim. At high tide, you can enjoy the nearby Plage Suzette, and finish the day at the oyster port with its restaurants and oyster tastings. The house is just 500 m from a supermarket, and a 5-minute drive from the "Domaine de Certes" (a protected nature reserve), offering bird-watching opportunities. And for even more entertainment, Andernos Les Bains (seaside resort) is less than 15 minutes away.
