The "Villa Yéyéyette" is a spacious family home, which can comfortably accommodate 8 people, it has an enclosed garden of 1300 m² in a quiet area with the cycle path 50 m away, the beach 5 minutes away, as well as local shops 2 steps away.
The house consists on the ground floor:
- A large living room opening onto the garden and the terrace with barbecue, a fully equipped American kitchen, 1 bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, and a WC.
Upstairs :
2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds), a bathroom with WC,

ANDERNOS LES BAINS is a small town on a human scale and very lively, which is located north of the Bassin d'Arcachon, protected by other towns such as ARES, LANTON, LEGE CAP FERRET.
Andernos attracts many tourists in both summer and winter because it is the most developed and liveliest town in the NORTH BASIN with its AERODROME, its CASINO games, its CINEMA, its pedestrian street with its many shops and restaurants, the seafront with its pretty square and the jetty which encourages you to take a walk to admire the view of the Bassin d'Arcachon, a little further, the oyster port where you can discover good oysters and seafood in the oyster farmers' huts and without forget its superb white sand beach for the pleasure of bathers and nautical activities.
