- 1 attractive living room with lounge and dining area for 6 people, with large windows opening onto the garden
- 1 well-equipped semi-open kitchen (induction hob/oven/microwave/dishwasher/coffee maker/kettle/toaster...)
- 3 master suites (3 x 140 cm beds + storage),
- 3 bathrooms (one per bedroom with sink/shower/WC and towel dryer)
- 1 laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer + separate WC.
- 1 summer dining area opening onto the garden and kitchen.
Outside: a fully enclosed garden not overlooked, with a dining area in the shade of plane trees in summer, and the possibility of parking two vehicles in the garden.
We offer the following optional extras: cleaning, fixed price € 90, and linen (on request when booking).
Location:
Located in Andernos Les Bains, one of the liveliest towns on the Bassin d'Arcachon, the house is ideally placed for walking or cycling along the cycle path, which is 50 m from the house, while the town center and beach are 900 m away. The oyster port, 5 min away, offers fish and seafood restaurants and oyster tastings. You can reach Cap Ferret in 30 minutes by car or by taking the shuttle bus from the oyster port (see timetables).
