- a beautiful living room of about 40 m² with fully equipped american kitchen opening onto the terrace and garden
- 3 bedrooms (1 with bed in 160, 1 with bunk beds, 1 with bed in 140),
-1 beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower,
- 1 laundry room with washing machine,
- independent toilet,
- possibility to park the car on the ground
- Fenced garden of 500 m²,

Andernos les bains is a small, human-sized and very lively town, located in the north of the Bassin d'Arcachon, surrounded by other municipalities such as Ares, Lanton, Lege cap ferret.
Andernos attracts a lot of holidaymakers in summer and winter because it is the most developed and lively municipality in the north basin with its Casino de Jeux, its Cinema, its numerous beaches, its pedestrian street with its shops and restaurants, the seafront with its pretty square and the pier that invites you to walk to admire the view of the Bassin d'Arcachon, a little further, the oyster port where you can taste good oysters and seafood in the oyster farmers' cabins and without forgetting its superb white sand beach for the pleasure of bathers and water activities.
